150 g of Quinoa Real Colfiorito®
300 ml of water
150 g of cherry tomatoes
150 g of zucchini
60 g of provolone
100 g of black olives
Salt up to taste

We recommend making this quick and easy salad for a fresh and genuine lunch. You can customize it however you want: just cook the quinoa for about 20 minutes and cut some of your favorite ingredients into cubes. Et voilà taste the goodness!
The Quinoa Colfiorito® does not need to soak: rinse it well and carry out a visual check. Put a pot of water on the heat, once brought to a boil, pour the product and cook for about 20 minutes. Let it cool and then transfer it to a bowl.
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into cubes and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil until soft. Also cut the tomatoes, olives and provola into cubes.
Once ready, add all the ingredients to the quinoa, season with oil and salt and serve fresh.
